Assessment:

Introduction:

At the initial contact stage to Tabor Lodge an assessment meeting is set up.

At this meeting the person concerned is interviewed by a Professional Addiction Counsellor. At this meeting the person is encouraged to outline the nature of the problem and the consequences resulting. Background information on the person’s medical and social history is also taken. A range of assessment tools exist to assist with an accurate outcome.
